Stuffing Casserole
Friday, March 5, 2010 at 4:00AM This is another Taste Of Home recipe that is easy and delicious. I bet you have everything needed for this recipe in your kitchen.
First I cooked 4 boneless skinless chicken breast on my George Foreman grill and cut them into cubes.

I then prepared 2 6oz chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing mixes as directed. I also added my own chopped celery, onion, fresh cilantro, and roasted garlic to the stuffing to make it extra tasty.
I put the stuffing into a greased 13x9 pan instead of 2 8x8’s like the recipe calls for. I then layered the cubed chicken on top of the stuffing followed by a mixture of 1 cup of milk and 2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup. Finally I added mozzarella and colby jack cheese on top and baked for about 25 minutes at 350!
This was such a great, inexpensive meal that made delicious leftovers too!

That sounds yummy and leaving out the chicken makes it a veggie dish for me! XD
That's right! You can use either cream of celery or cream of cheddar soup as an alternative to the cream of chicken too. Also, you may consider putting even more veggies in it :-)
