French Bread w/Spinach Dip Appetizer

Makes: about 4 Cups

20 Oz Chopped Spinach

2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro

6 Chopped Green Onions

16 Oz Sour Cream

1 Pckg Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix

1 Loaf of French Bread

Rinse and squeeze spinach dry, chop cilantro and green onions. In a bowl combine sour cream and Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix until well blended then add the green vegetables. Tear up the loaf of French bread into single-dippable sizes. Chill dip before serving.
