- 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked & cubed
- 1-2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Dash of Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dill Weed
- Dijon Mustard
Mix all chunky ingredients together, then add the seasonings. Add in Mayonnaise and Dijon in equal amounts beginning with 1 Tbsp each and continue to add until the salad is the right moisture for you.
Add cheese and put on your bread of choice; mine was a croissant!
